I've been a bit mia lately, but I'm back now
Thought about giving up the whole blogging thing.
Holidays were tough without mom, and with all that I have on my plate, I've really been struggling
Raising a 13 year old is hard, having asick husband is hard.
Grateful for friends and family support.
Started working out again and that has helped.

This months theme is Rise Up. I waited a bit to start, but once I did and I listened to the audio, I was able to snap myself out of the state I was in and am continuing to try to " rise up" to whatever each day brings me. Trying to see what the lesson is and be a better me.

If you ever are feeling down or sorry for yourself, visit nienie. This woman survived a plane crash and was burnt over 90% of her body. She is now back at home and continuing to be a wife and mother while trying to recover and cope with her injuries.
