What a difference a day or two makes!
I took this picture this week.
Then I took this this morning!
As they say that's Chicago for ya! Not that I actually live in Chicago, but you get the idea. So, upon waking up to 4 or so inches this morning I did this...
Then I went inside and called her....
and she says that right now it is 70 degrees and SUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 3 more days till we go!
I'm so excited I made a little travel album to scrapbook with on the trip!

Wow, you guys got slammed with snow. It's been flurrying here all day but not much sticking on the ground so far. I actually don't mind winter at all, especially over the holidays but once we get a few days of 60 and 70 degrees I'm ready to put the winter coats away and bring on the spring. Hopefully this is the last of our snow and it warms up again soon. Sounds like you're going somewhere warm to escape it anyway though. Have a safe trip wherever you're going and bring some sunshine back this way. ;)
