where we are...
The view from our front door. We are expecting 7-10 inches of snow.
No homework!
Going to spend the night making Valentines decorations for my fireplace.
I made a picnik slideshow of the photo carousel that I worked on at the crop I went to on Saturday.
It's probably one of my most favorite things I've made.
I used two of the photo carousels and put them on top of one another. I need to tell you that this needs some rigging. My dad is going to rig it so that it doesn't topple over, but for now it's holding steady. I then put the largest ring at the top and then went to the middle ring on down to the smallest.
I have plans to use the 3 rings for from the 2nd carousel set as mobiles, to hang things from in my scrapbook room.
This is the saying on the tag at the top of the carousel.
Carousel is from 7 gypsies. Love the Gypsies!

that carosel is so cool. Is that from hobby lobby too? the closest hobby lobby is like 5 1/2 hours away from me...

This is one of my favorite carousels I have seen. I love it! What do you mean you did not get much done on Saturday this is absolutely breath taking. Three Christmas' ago I did a ATC carousel with Teresa Collins and it too is one of my favorite pieces I love. I need to get the larger one and go at it again. Too many things on the fire! My in-laws 50th is coming and I wanted to do a album for them. It's fun though I have to keep busy or I'll go crazy.

I am so touched that I was included in your carousel. With the music (Gypsies?) playing in the background I had a tear running down my face. The carousel continues to show the triumph you are having over a year of pain and sadness. I love you Di! I know it is tough but you give so much! You inspire me! This is some of your best work! I MUST do one! We don't have a hobby lobby so I need to go on a hunt! It is awesome!
