A star is born!
The best part of my weekend started on Friday night.
I was invited by my friends Beth and Shae to see Shae play the part of Annie.
There is no doubt about it Shae was born to play the role of Annie.
She brought to the role all that Annie encompasses...
tenderness,
compassion,
sorrow,
spunk,
and hope.
Her performance brought me to tears...
literally.
I was so moved to be witness to someone totally in there element, clearly using one of the many gifts God has blessed her with.
To Shae, my dearest little friend,
I was so proud of you! Thanks you for including Ella and I in your magical night.
I want you to know I will always be willing to jump to my feet for a standing ovation, clap my hands till they itch, and yell BRAVO to you from here to Broadway!

How you feel about Mary Poppins, is how I am about Annie. It is in my top all time favs.
